Biography

I am an executive recruiter.  I’ve been one for over 15 years.  I’ve had my own boutique recruiting firm, worked for one of the top search firms (Korn/Ferry) and have worked inside some great companies - AOL and Microsoft. I am currently the CEO of a start-up called BusinessElite.

My focus is primarily the technology, media and telecom sectors.  I’ve done search work for all types of companies - large industry leaders to early stage start-ups.  I am a bit of a functional generalist having placed top executives in general management, sales, human resources, sales, marketing, finance and technology roles.  Some of my more notable placements currently hold top executive positions at Yahoo, Cisco, Microsoft, AOL,  Lenovo and Liberty Media.

I love what I do.

I am also a husband and dad of 2 kids (and 2 dogs).  I live in Northern Virginia (a place I never thought I’d live).  Someday I would like to move back to the Pacific Northwest (yeah - - I dig the rain!).

Interests

My interests vary.  I love to cook (actually went to school for it a long time ago and in a former life, managed restaurants and kitchens).  I am an avid gamer (Xbox 360, FPS games).  I like classic movies (mostly the funny ones).
