Glenn M. Fox
Talent Acquisition & Executive Recruiting Leader

I am a corporate Talent Acquisition Leader, Executive Recruiter and Entrepreneur.  I’ve owned my own boutique executive recruiting firm, worked at a top retained search firm (Korn/Ferry), worked in-house for some great companies including AOL and Microsoft, and was the founder and CEO of online social recruiting site, BusinessElite.  In September, 2010, I joined Knowledge Universe (KU) as the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition.  KU is the nation’s largest private provider of early childhood and school-age education and care, serving more than 250,000 children in the United States.

Until now, my focus had primarily been within technology, media and telecom sectors.  I’ve done search work for all types of companies – large industry leaders to early stage start-ups.  I am a bit of a functional generalist having placed top executives in general management, sales, human resources, sales, marketing, finance and technology roles.  Some of my more notable placements currently hold top executive positions at Yahoo, Cisco, Microsoft, AOL,  Lenovo and Liberty Media.

I love what I do.

I am also a husband and dad of 2 kids (and 2 dogs).  I currently reside in Northern Virginia (a place I never thought I’d live) but I am now in the process of moving to Portland, Oregon.
